Nicholas Baldock secures significant damages for soldier wounded in Afghanistan

Nicholas Baldock has secured a six figure damages sum on behalf of a soldier who was wounded in Afghanistan in 2012. Nicholas Baldock negotiated a large settlement for the soldier who sustained injuries when he came under fire and took evading action; the soldier had been sent out on patrol against medical restrictions and was subsequently discharged from the army.

In a separate personal injury case, Nicholas Baldock also recently secured a settlement for insurers in a severe injury case; the settlement was complicated by the uncertain outlook for the Claimant who remained employed by the Defendant. Negotiations included the application of disabled multipliers and how they should be adjusted to the particular circumstances
