John FitzGerald KC leading James Harrison commence 12-week conspiracy to rape trial

The Prosecution case is that a husband drugged and sexually abused his wife for more than two decades, alongside a dozen other men accused of taking part in or helping to facilitate the abuse.
John FitzGerald KC and James Harrison represent one of the co-conspirators who is said to have encouraged the offending by his messages, and by the provision of noxious substances.
The case will be opened on 09.09.26 and is expected to finish in December.
