Danny Moore KC, leading Suzanne Fewins, secures acquittal in 6-week Murder Trial

Danny Moore KC, leading Suzanne Fewins, represented SR who was prosecuted for Murder and Manslaughter, alongside the first defendant. A third defendant stood charged with Assisting an Offender.
The Trial continued for 6-weeks during which the Prosecution alleged that SR had intentionally assisted and encouraged the first defendant to kill the victim, following an altercation over a mobile phone.
Danny and Suzanne’s client was acquitted of both Murder and Manslaughter.
The first defendant was convicted of Murder and the third of Assisting an Offender.
