William Upton – Lawyer of the Week in The Times

William Upton has been given the prestigious accolade “Lawyer of the Week” by The Times newspaper, regarding his involvement in the Coventry v Lawrence case in the Supreme Court.

The article, published in today’s 27 March edition of The Times, features an interview with William, regarding the challenges posed by this landmark case on the private law of nuisance, which started as a relatively-straightforward claim in the High Court.  He also talks about some of his motivation for choosing a legal career.
