The New Sentencing Guidelines for corporate manslaughter, health and safety and food safety offences

Revised sentencing guidelines for corporate manslaughter, health and safety and food safety were recently published by the Sentencing Council and take effect from the 1st February 2016.

David Travers QC and Nicholas Ostrowski have taken a look at the changes, and summarised the main elements of the new guidance.
