Stuart Jessop presents food safety session at BALPPA Food and Beverage Seminar

Stuart Jessop, along with Luke Johnson, Pizza Express founder and former chairman of Channel 4, Nigel Rosenthal, managing director of SaferFood Company, and others, presented sessions to British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) members on 9th May at their first Food and Beverage Seminar.

Stuart Jessop presented a talk covering the enforcement, investigation and prosecution of food safety and hygiene cases.
