John FitzGerald and Tom Dunn instructed by Bark and Co solicitors enter the fourth week of a 3 month trial at Kingston Crown Court.
May 28, 2025

The case concerns a violent turf war, tit for tat murders and a host of famous rappers including Fredo, Digga D, Russ Millions and Lil Dotz.
Two conspiracies are alleged against 8 defendants. The first to possess firearms with intent to endanger life and the second to convey mobile phones into prison. The background to the allegations is an acrimonious turf war between rival gangs in West London involving multiple tit for tat murders. One of the gangs (“The Harrow Road Boys”) is alleged to be led by well known rapper and musician ‘Fredo’. The other main gang (the CGM) is alleged to be led by another well known rapper and musician “Digga D”. The apex of the firearms conspiracy is an alleged plot by senior HRB members to avenge the death of one their number by assassinating Digga D whilst he was in a recording session at Tape Studios in central London.
The case raises a number of complex issues including the extent of admissibility of background gang association material such as ‘drill music’.
