Emmaline Lambert represents the Health and Safety Executive in prosecution of Crest Nicholson leading to fines of £800,000

Emmaline Lambert represented the HSE in the prosecution of a construction company following a serious accident on the site of a large housing development which left the site foreman with life-threatening injuries. The foreman had been hit by a large mortar carrier and was subsequently pulled under the vehicle.

Crest Nicholson were found guilty of not properly managing and monitoring the workplace construction on their site and failing to ensure the health and safety of workers at all times. They received fines of £800,000 plus £10,984 costs.
