Edward Grant and Emmaline Lambert of Six Pump Court Chambers’ Planning Team will be speaking at today’s 2016 RTPI Planning Law Update Conference.
This one-day conference will provide a thorough, examination of the key legal issues and will try to help delegates to navigate the labyrinth of the current UK planning system. It will address and critically assess major policy changes, new legislation and a number of significant ministerial and judicial decisions.
Edward and Emmaline, co-authors, with David Travers QC, of the book, ‘Planning Enforcement‘ published by Wildy’s in 2015 will present a session on Planning Enforcement covering the following topics:-
- Concealment and planning enforcement orders
- Requirements, ground f appeals, and fallbacks
- Sentencing and POCA
