Danny Moore KC, leading Kieran Brand, begin defence of child defendant in Isle of Sheppey Murder Trial

Danny Moore KC and Kieran Brand have begun representing a 16-year-old defendant in his trial for the murder of a 49 year old man in Leysdown on the Isle of Sheppey in August 2025.  The prosecution allege that the defendant and his two co-defendants lured the deceased, who they believed to be a paedophile, to a beach where they then attacked and killed him.
