Nathan joined chambers from the Crown Prosecution Service, where he completed pupillage. After spending a short amount of time in the Magistrates team, Nathan was promoted to a Senior Crown Prosecutor and moved to the Rape and Serious Sexual offences team. Where he managed serious cases from inception to completion, including advising the Police, making legal applications and liaising with Counsel.
Whilst in the Magistrates Advocacy team for the CPS and since joining the Bar, Nathan has always strived to be remarkably fair, helpful and polite to all parties involved in a case.
Before Pupillage, Nathan worked for Kent Police as a Legal Executive, where he managed case files, advised on the law and made applications to the Magistrates Courts. He made over 250 applications before the Courts in Kent for Courts Orders such as domestic violence protection orders, sexual harm prevention orders and many more.
