Victoria Kaye is instructed by the Environmental Law Foundation to advise a local community group in a contemplated judicial review of an Environmental Impact Screening decision, in a case involving potential impacts on internationally and nationally designated nature conservation sites. This is happening before a proposed development on undeveloped land which is part of the ‘local plan’.
