Tom Dunn starts a 4 week murder trial at Maidstone Crown Court

Tom Dunn is leading Ranjeet Dulay (1 Mitre Court Building). Instructed by Bassets Solicitors, they represent the second defendant who is charged with assisting an offender, namely the first defendant, charged with murder.
D1 is alleged to have murdered V by stabbing him in the back with a 17 inch kitchen knife which penetrated several inches beyond the hilt of the blade.
D2 is alleged to have assisted D1 later that day by driving her (in V’s car) to dispose of clothing used during the commission of the murder.
