Tom Dunn and Ranjeet Dulay secure acquittal of defendant charged with assisting an offender after 4 week trial at Maidstone Crown Court.

Tom Dunn leading Ranjeet Dulay (1 Mitre Court Buildings), instructed by Rob Weston of Bassets solicitors, have secured the acquittal of a defendant charged with assisting an offender. The first defendant was charged with (and subsequently convicted of) murder. The second defendant was accused of driving her from the scene of the murder in the deceased’s car to a secluded spot so they could dispose of clothing worn at the time of the killing.
