Six Pump Court barristers deliver training to local authority planning committee

William Upton KC and Anne Williams delivered a training session to the councillors and legal officers of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on 20^th October.

The session was focused on providing practical advice to members of the local authority planning committees, to help them deal with complex and controversial planning applications.

William and Anne both appear regularly at major planning inquiries and in the planning courts.
