Kent Law Society in association with Six Pump Court present Litigation and Dispute Resolution Annual Conference

Kent Law Society together with Six Pump Court are hosting the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Annual Conference which will take place on 8th October in Rochester.
This Conference will cover all of the important developments in the principal areas of law, practice and procedure over the last 12 months. It will address the changes that have resulted from the new civil justice reforms and the pressure of case law and procedural changes that have been implemented recently.
Six Pump Court will also bring first-hand experience and critical analysis of the impact of the Lawrence case and the significant changes to nuisance cases and remedies.
The Conference will feature presentations from a number of Six Pump Court Civil Law barristers including Richard Barraclough QC, Nicholas Baldock, Grant Armstrong,William Upton, Gordon Menzies, Thaiza Khan, Ian Rees Phillips and Mukhtiar Singh.
The Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn, Rochester from 9.15am to 5.00pm, followed by a Drinks Reception. The fee is £190 + vat (members) and £300 + vat (non-members).
