Family Drug and Alcohol Courts to be extended across the South East

In an article published on our new Family Law Resources page, Kristiina Reed writes on the new Family Drug and Alcohol Courts (FDAC) which are to be extended to cover Kent and Medway and East Sussex.

In her article, Kristiina comments on the operation of the Family Drug and Alcohol Courts and how their success has provided the impetus for the extension in the south east region as well as for the more permanent embedding of the FDAC system in family proceedings.
