Our panel will consider the practical challenges sanctions can create throughout the lifecycle of a dispute, from compliance and contractual protections through to arbitral strategy, enforcement and payment.
Stephen Hockman KC will moderate the seminar, joined by Daniel Jones, Rebecca Andersen CSS and Paul McGarry SC, who will share their perspectives on sanctions compliance, arbitration agreements, forum and seat strategy, enforcement and the practical difficulties facing tribunals and counsel.
