Emin Kandola secures acquittals in neighbour stalking and voyeurism case.

After an 8 day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Emin secured acquittals on all four counts on the indictment; one count of voyeurism and three counts of stalking.

The allegations were that HU had broken into his neighbour’s property having entered via the balcony and watched his 11 year old neighbour shower. He was later accused of stalking all the neighbours including the 11 year old at later dates. HU denied the offences and his case was that the complainants had entirely fabricated the allegations.

The jury returned not guilty verdicts on all counts.
