Daniel Stevenson prosecutes the attempted murder of a serving Kent Police officer.

Daniel Stevenson was instructed to prosecute the case of Robert Jenner, who tried to murder serving Kent Police officer PC Sean Quinn by stabbing him multiple times with a large pair of scissors, following attempts made by police officers to arrest him on suspicion of having committed another offence of exposure. The officer was left with 23 wounds to his head, face, neck, and arm.
Robert Jenner was found guilty of attempted murder following a trial at Maidstone Crown Court.
Daniel Stevenson was instructed by the CPS South East.
