Ben Irwin Successful in Opposing Appeal Against Revocation of Firearm Certificates

Ben Irwin acted for the Chief Constable of Sussex police in a two day appeal against the revocation of firearm and shotgun certificates.

The appellant, represented by Kings Counsel, was a director of a well known gun club which incorporated a registered firearms dealership. He was shown to have engaged in conduct entirely unbefitting of a licence holder.
